Where does the information come from?
The service uses The Odds API as an external data source. The current integration retrieves match-winner markets, including three-way markets where available, from the provider’s European selection.
Active leagues and available operators depend on the provider’s coverage and the information available at retrieval. A European data category does not verify Swedish licensing or an individual account’s eligibility.
Timestamps and old observations
The retrieval time and the source’s latest update are different timestamps. ArbiScan uses time information to distinguish recent data from older observations.
The current version filters observations reaching two minutes of age out of its current selection. This reduces old data but does not guarantee that the remaining prices are available. More recent observations may also have changed.
How is the data updated?
Data collection runs centrally. When automatic operation is enabled, settings, visitor activity, available API credits and any errors or delays govern updates.
The page should therefore not be described as a guaranteed real-time stream. Paused operation, inactivity or source problems may leave no current observations. An empty selection also does not establish that there are no price differences across the whole market.
What does a calculated net result mean?
The calculation uses the displayed odds, amounts and assumptions. A configured estimated fee is included in the calculation. An estimate may differ from the actual fee.
A calculated net result is not a confirmed profit, an account balance or a promise of returns. Currency costs, changed prices, different rules and rejected amounts can produce a different actual result.
What the service does not verify
- That an operator has approved an account or a specific stake.
- That all markets use identical settlement rules.
- That money can be withdrawn at a particular time.
- That a provider’s observation is error-free or still available.
- That a historical or calculated result will be repeated.
Methodology and corrections
This description reflects ArbiScan’s functions at the article’s update date. The data provider’s current documentation describes its own interfaces and available markets.
Contact ArbiScan if you find an error in the description or data. Identify the observation and when it appeared where possible; do not send passwords or payment details.
