Withdraw from your contract

Before you submit

You have a 14-day withdrawal period for the first subscription purchase under the purchase terms. ArbiScan refunds the full first fee for a timely withdrawal even if you have started using the service. You can also notify us by phone, email or post.

Enter your name, email and the order, subscription or account concerned. Your account and approximate purchase date are enough if you do not have an order number. Check your details, then choose “Confirm withdrawal”.

You confirm delivery of the receipt by email. You can also save it immediately after submission. It identifies the contract and time of receipt. This function delivers your notice; the company then handles the refund.

Only want to stop next month?

Ordinary cancellation keeps access until the end of your paid period. Use My account or choose “Cancel subscription” in the contact form. Withdrawal and cancellation are different actions.
