1. Seller and minimum age

You must be at least 18 to create an account and use the service. Your account is personal and must not be shared. Creating a free account is not an order and creates no payment obligation.

2. What is included

ArbiScan is a tool for comparing sports odds and calculating stake allocations. The subscription gives access to all current positive candidates in our available coverage, sport filters, odds, bookmakers, the calculator and optional web push notifications on compatible devices.

Coverage includes match winner and 1X2 markets at the EU bookmakers and active leagues offered by our data source. In-play odds, handicaps, totals and outright markets are excluded. There may be no candidates.

New odds are fetched through enabled automatic operation while the odds overview is in use, or through a manual scan. Automation pauses shortly after there are no active viewers. The configured interval is a target; API errors, credit limits and server delays may pause or delay fetching. The view reads saved results every ten seconds and every two seconds during scans. This does not fetch new odds. Current candidates expire when odds are two minutes old or the match starts. A frozen match remains locally as a saved calculation and is not a current odds offer. Freezing reserves neither odds nor stakes with bookmakers.

3. Price and payment

New customers receive a 7-day free trial with full access. One trial per customer account. When the trial ends, 49 EUR is charged automatically, then once per month until cancelled. The price includes applicable VAT. Cancel before the trial ends and no subscription fee will be charged. Returning customers who have already had a subscription do not receive another trial and are told this before ordering.

A card is registered securely with Stripe when you start the trial. The first billing date and monthly price are shown in Stripe Checkout. Each paid period is charged in advance. ArbiScan adds no setup, delivery or cancellation fees. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Creating an account alone is not an order; the subscription starts only after you confirm it at Stripe.

4. Delivery and technical requirements

Full trial access is activated when Stripe confirms the subscription. You receive an email confirmation with the terms and scheduled first billing date. We send a reminder before the trial ends. After the trial, continued access requires confirmed payment. Contact us if a confirmed subscription does not provide access.

Use an up-to-date web browser with an internet connection and JavaScript. Login requires necessary cookies. Web push requires a compatible device/browser and your separate permission. Notifications are not SMS and may be delayed or fail to arrive. No physical item is delivered.

5. Monthly renewal and cancellation

After the 7 free days, the subscription continues until cancelled and automatically renews one month at a time for 49 EUR. There is no commitment beyond the paid period. Your first and next billing dates appear in My account and the customer portal.

Cancel through My account and the customer portal, the contact form under “Cancel subscription”, email or phone. Your message must arrive before the next charge. No reason is required. Cancellation during the trial stops the first charge and you keep access until the trial ends. After the trial, cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the paid period ends.

Ordinary cancellation does not automatically give a prorated refund for a month already started. This does not affect withdrawal rights, rights regarding defects or other mandatory rights. Access may be paused after a failed payment; contact us to end the subscription.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

You can withdraw from your first subscription purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of entering the contract. The contract starts when you confirm the subscription at Stripe, including when it starts with a free trial. The next day is day one. If the final day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day applies. Mandatory law may provide a longer period.

Use “Withdraw from your contract”, call, email us or send a clear notice to our postal address. The model form on the withdrawal page is optional. Sending the notice within the period is sufficient.

ArbiScan refunds the full initial subscription fee for a timely withdrawal, even if you have started using the service. No deduction is made for use. Access ends when the withdrawal is processed. Immediate access does not waive your right of withdrawal.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. We charge no refund fee. A normal monthly renewal does not itself create a new statutory withdrawal period.

7. Defects and complaints

If the service does not meet the contract, you have rights under applicable consumer law, including correction of defects and, where the conditions are met, a price reduction or termination and refund. Contact us with a description of the problem.

We are responsible for the digital service during the subscription and provide legally required updates. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Screenshots and the time of an incident help investigation but are not an absolute requirement for a complaint.

8. Odds, risks and responsible use

A positive calculation shows a mathematically guaranteed profit regardless of the match result, provided all outcomes are covered at the stated odds and stakes, the fees are correct, and every bet is accepted and settled under the same market rules.

If the odds change before all bets are accepted, the calculation must be updated: the previous profit amount is then no longer guaranteed. Limited, rejected or voided bets can also change the result.

The calculation uses fetched odds and the stated assumed fee. Check current odds, fees, market rules, balance and stake limits directly with each bookmaker before betting.

ArbiScan does not accept stakes, hold gambling funds, pay gambling winnings or place bets for you. The subscription fee pays for the analysis tool. If you choose to gamble, you do so yourself with a separate operator and must follow local rules. Never gamble money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Changes and disputes

Material changes to the price or subscription terms are notified by email at least 30 days in advance and apply no earlier than the next period after notice. You can cancel before the change applies. We do not change the price of a paid period retroactively.

Swedish law applies while preserving any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se, or a competent court. ARN eligibility rules apply.
