Accounts and support

We process your username, email, phone number, protected password, language and account status to provide your account, access and account support. Our contract with you is the basis for account and access processing. A phone number is collected at registration for account-related contact; it is not used for SMS alerts or phone verification. Contact us to change or remove data.

Forms contain your name, email, message, optional contract reference and receipt time. We process these to answer questions and handle the contract, withdrawals, cancellation, complaints and rights requests. The basis is our contract or steps before a contract; for general questions and abuse prevention we rely on our legitimate interest in safe customer service.

Subscriptions and payments

We store Stripe customer and subscription references, plan, payment status, access period and evidence of accepted terms. The bases are our contract, legal accounting duties and our legitimate interest in handling legal claims.

Card information is entered on Stripe’s payment page. ArbiScan’s own code does not store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe processes data for payment, security and legal obligations and is an independent controller for some of this processing.

We compile daily counts of new accounts, first trial starts and first payments from account and billing records. The timestamps are stored with the account while it exists. This helps us monitor the business, based on our legitimate interests. This reporting uses no additional cookies and is not sent to advertising platforms.

Push notifications, security and local storage

Notifications are optional and require your permission. Perfecty Push stores the device push address and technical keys linked to your account. Your browser’s push provider delivers the notification. You can withdraw permission in browser settings at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Technical information such as IP address, browser, time and requests may be processed in operations and security logs to protect the service, based on legitimate interests. ArbiScan’s login attempt limits use hashed identifiers for 15–60 minutes.

Your language and calculator amount are saved on your device for the function you choose. ArbiScan’s calculator does not send the amount to a bookmaker. The cookies page explains storage durations and removal.

Optional advertising measurement with Meta

If Meta measurement is enabled and you accept, we use the Meta Pixel to measure logged-out homepage visits. This is based on your voluntary consent. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page address, referring page and cookie identifiers. Meta may link the visit to your Facebook or Instagram account and use the data for advertising measurement and personalization under its privacy policy. The recipient in the EU is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; data may also be processed outside the EU/EEA.

ArbiScan’s measurement code does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, account references or payment references as event fields. It does not load the pixel on login, account, support or odds pages. Registrations, trial starts and payments are not transferred by this feature. The pixel is off until the website owner enables it; visitor consent is still required afterwards.

You can decline without losing access to the service. Use Cookie choices to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future measurement from this feature and removes its accessible Meta cookies on ArbiScan. Data already sent is not automatically deleted from Meta; contact us or use Meta’s privacy tools for rights requests.

Recipients and international transfers

Authorised administration and our providers receive data needed for their roles. Rocket.net (onRocket.com, LLC) hosts the website. Support email uses Proton Mail and the website’s email delivery. Stripe handles payments. Web push uses your browser’s push infrastructure. The Odds API supplies odds; our scans do not send customer account or card data to that provider.

Providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. This requires a relevant adequacy decision or safeguards, such as the EU standard contractual clauses. Stripe describes its transfer mechanisms in its data protection addendum. Contact us for current recipients and available safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Account details are needed while the account is used. You may request closure and erasure. We assess requests without undue delay; information required for accounting or ongoing legal claims is retained until the requirement ends.

Form submissions are stored on the website for at most 24 months and automatically removed. Email copies need to follow the same limit unless an ongoing matter requires longer retention. Accounting records subject to legal duties are kept for the statutory period, normally through the seventh year after the financial year ends.

Hosting logs and backups follow the provider’s operational and recovery routines. Erasure from the active website therefore does not immediately erase all backups. Contact us for more details.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw voluntary consent. Some rights depend on the legal basis and legal duties.

Choose “My personal data” in the contact form or email us. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or erasing data. Do not send identity documents without being asked. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Subscription access is calculated automatically from verified payment status. You can request a manual review through support if it is wrong. We do not use the service for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
